Creating CCDM required designing a complete student engagement ecosystem that could support multiple user journeys across students, administrators, and campus communities.
One of the key challenges was developing a platform that could make everyday student activities more interactive by combining social engagement, gamification, rewards, and event participation into a seamless experience.
The system needed to support complex workflows including user management, student profiles, quests, challenges, clan creation, reward management, purchases, announcements, polls, and event participation while maintaining a simple and intuitive experience for students.
Another challenge was building an efficient administrative solution that provided institutions with complete visibility and control over platform activities, allowing them to manage content, monitor engagement, and configure student experiences from a central dashboard.

The admin platform was developed to give institutions full control over users, quests, rewards, items, announcements, events, purchases, and engagement activities. The dashboard provides structured management tools to simplify operations and improve visibility into student participation.
